From the article: Make a Doll Arm Jewelry Tree
In our Doll Arm Jewelry Tree tutorial, I showed you how to make a kitschy jewelry tree using dime store doll arms, a hanger and a cork. These are simple elements, so we've got to jazz up this jewelry tree.

What would you add to your own jewelry tree? How would you do it?

Jewelry Trees
- Hi! I cast pewter trees- from an old figurine mold - on a centrifugal casting machine. They are free standing, about 6 inches tall, double-trunked with many small branches. Very attractive and unusual, even on their own, I ornament them with earrings and sparkling charms which I've created as one-of-a-kind pieces. Great displays for craft shows! As well, I found a fabulous piece of 12 X 3" driftwood on the beach, with a naturally eroded hole near it's center. With strong wire, I suspended the driftwood so that it hangs horizontally. On the bottom, I placed 7 very small, threaded brass eyelets (screw-eyes). This makes a perfectly balanced, hanging display for my elaborate, handcrafted earrings. Try it!

Dowel It!
- I think I'd make mine with the collection of odd and end leftover lengths of dowel rods that I have. A big one for the trunk, with smaller dowels reaching outward, doll arms encasing them, to hold onto those favored pieces of jewelry. I'd also make sure to position the arms (and glue them that way if need be) so that they were palm up, as if begging alms. ;)

Decorate a Jewelry Tree
- You can also glue in different colorful buttons/sequence for each hanger
