Skull Face Painting

You can make your eyes large or small. It's up to you.

Next, you will need to add black eye sockets. For this style of skull, I have made my eye sockets very large. You can scale yours down for a more natural look.

Carefully sponge black over the eyes in a butterfly wing shape. Again, you may need to pat your sponge in water first, then the makeup. Tell your subject to keep their eyes closed for a few minutes after you're finished to let the makeup dry. Otherwise, the black on the lid will show wrinkle lines.

Outline the eye sockets with black using your medium brush. Make small circles at either corner of the mouth. These will be where your skull teeth end. If you want a larger row of teeth, adjust by sliding these circles farther apart.

Next, add the brow and cheek bones.
