Lady Gaga makes the list again, as well as our orange friends from Jersey Shore. The last installment of Harry Potter adds lots witches and wizards to Halloween parties again this year, and the zombie mob is still unstoppable.
Amy Winehouse is new to the list this year, as many fans pay homage to her life of music and inspiration. Princess Beatrice's hat crosses over to Halloween after enjoying the spotlight at the royal wedding, and pirate costumes are appearing hot on the heels of the summer Pirates of the Caribbean release.

Each year a Pirates of the Caribbean movie comes out, or love of a swaggering Johnny Depp is renewed. It doesn't hurt the costume franchise that Penelope Cruz co-starred in the last flick. Pirate costumes for both men and women are sure to be a huge hit this Halloween.
