What I Made
I used the exact cape instructions, made the hood a bit bigger the (20inch length) and I used the cape to finish of my Little Red Riding Hood (except in this version, the wolf attacked her) costume for Halloween! I also used some nice chord string instead of making my own rope ties. :)
How I Made it
Bigger hood, bought beige chord string and I had to HAND sew it!! Took forever, but was worth it! I loved the semi shiny fabric I used, it was only about $20 CAD for everything, way better than buying the "made in China" Halloween stuff!
Tips and Tricks
- Take your time! Save it for different costumes for the next upcoming Halloweens :)
