Now in the tradition of a medieval celebration amongst festive tents, flowing banners, and beautiful clothing, the Olde World Renaissance Faire presents bit of history and lore from 1200 to 1700 Europe. The resident dragon and mythical unicorn, trade merchants, medieval music and entertainment, historic education, games of skill and delicious foods are all nestled in a secluded enchanting meadow. You are invited to come, experience, and enjoy history within our gates.

The Minnesota Renaissance Festival is a medieval village complete with royal court, peasants, jesters, knights-in-armor, and ladies-in-waiting. Each weekend from mid-August to late September, the Renaissance Festival takes on a new theme. One weekend may feature the mystery and romance of the"Mid-East Mirage", the next weekend may be filled with the lilting music and spirited dance of the"Highland Fling".
