Rockin the Vest

A vest is hard to pull off in the everyday wardrobe. Pairing it with a tank top or long sleeved t-shirt seems to work well, but starting out with a funky vest helps, too. One look that I love is to add buttons and pins of all kinds to the front of the vest. At least 38 pieces of flare.
