Milla Jovovich is a radiant beauty in this feathered headband.
To make a feathered headband like this one, all you need is a large feather from the craft store and a glue gun. Affix the feather to one side of the headband. Be careful not to use too much glue. It won't take much.
Milla has a bit of copper cording on her headband, which you can score at the craft store as will. Lay a line of hot glue on the inside of the headband and begin to tightly wrap the cording so that it covers the bottom of the feather and a few inches below.
