Paint a line at the very center of the top lip, then another line to the right of it. Paint a line at the very center of the bottom lip, with two lines to the right of it. This makes sure your teeth don't look like dominoes. Mirror this pattern on the left side, as shown.
Create points at the tops and of the upper teeth and draw a line along the bottom of the lower teeth.
