How to Turn a T-Shirt into a Skirt

The bottom of your shirt should be positioned upside down so that the middle of the shirt is pointed toward the collar of your other piece.

Insert the shirt bottom into the top so that it reaches just beyond the bottom of the elastic collar. Make sure that the top is inserted evenly on each side. Next you will pin it in place.
