Use your grommet punch or paper hole punch to make holes in each corner of the bag. Thread your length of elastic cord in the holes, crossing in the middle. Adjust how much elastic you will need for the bracelet to fit. Tie off the elastic and cut off any extra elastic cord. Next, Upload a photo of your finished bracelet.

This punky look goes great with a booty bag and neck tie belt.
