Make a Party Hat - Free Stencil and Decoration Tips

Special occasions are more fun when everyone is decked out in their festive best. You can take a party hat to the next level by adding glitter, feathers and a fun topper. I'll show you how in this brief tutorial.

What You'll Need:

• Free, printable party hat stencil or one of our pre-designed printable party hats.

• A sheet of scrapbook paper or construction paper
• Ribbon - For an easy project, use 1" wide ribbon with wires running inside the edges.
• Feathers - any color
• Loose glitter
• Two strips of colorful paper, 2" tall and 4" wide
• Scissors [recommended scissors]
