Set your duct tape shell aside, but have your model stick around. You'll need to measure her again when the dress form is finished to make sure that the stuffing isn't warping the dress form.
First, you'll need to insert the hanger into the cardboard tube. Cut a groove in the top of the cardboard tube and fit the hanger down inside. Tape in place with duct tape.
