What You'll Need
- A magazine, scrap fabric, newspaper, photo...whatever you want to put on your compact.
- Scissors [recommended scissors]
- Decoupage glue - find this at any department or craft store. Mod Podge is a common brand.
- A plain compact that needs some help.
