I suggest Super Value's Yellow and Black yarn. Mostly because they only cost a few bucks.
Scarf #1: The younger witches and wizards wear scarves with large chunks of color.
- Start with yellow. ch 40 for a nice, thick scarf.
- sc 12 rows of yellow
- change color to black yarn
- sc 12 rows of black
- change color back to to yellow yarn
- Repeat 2-5 until you've made your scarf as long as you like it. End the scarf with a 12 row sc of yellow so that the ends look the same.
