I chose to use this broken bone prosthetic piece. The angle of the bone sticking out looks pretty ridiculous, and might look better positioned just above the elbow. Regardless, I decided it was silly enough to try to gore up a bit.

If your latex piece has any large bits like the bone here, you'll need to stuff them with cotton or toilet paper. This will keep the large pieces lightweight, but firm.

Next, let's apply spirit gum and slap it on!
