Red Hello Kitty Fairy Skirt

This drawstring skirt has green ribbon that hides where the red Hello Kitty fabric is sewn onto the black fabric. There is a crisscross ribbon down the right side, and I also made a little wrist cuff out of the green ribbon and lace.
