Etsy Friday: Matryoshka Doll Skirt

Here is a crazy toddler skirt, from Esty user 'WildOliveKids', dubbed the 'Matryoshka Doll Skirt'. It has an elastic waist, a strange doll apron, and red tulle trim. What a combination!
